Hi, I'm Vanessa Sterling and welcome to Total Transformation Solutions. I am a graduate of Strayer University with a Master’s in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. I spent 30 Years in the Food industry working for several fast-food chains and full-service restaurants. I went back to college and once I received my undergrad from McKendree College, I went to contract services with Sodexo and Aramark as a Food Service Director. If there is one thing, I know about is customer service and serving others and how important it is to the people we serve.
